Did you ever stop and wonder why words can express only so much? Numbers and their mathematical relationships are wonderful ways in which we understand where we live better and how we do things.
In the world we live in so many aspects of our daily lives are quantifiable, one really can’t communicate very much without using numbers! Practising math(s) helps the brain protect our capacity for memory and develop pathways to excel at computational thinking. I find it fascinating to have a math(s) problem and then go about solving it. Not only is this a great exercise for my mind, but it produces a lovely, enjoyable euphoria that comes from solving a puzzling problem correctly.
I hope to inspire every child to see the beauty in math(s). Together we can succeed at raising generations of children who understand, love and excel in math(s), in turn passing the baton to generations of children after them, consequently making the world more computer savvy and highly numerate.
